Employee Guide
Everything you need to submit your weekly report
Getting Started

Each week you complete one report covering Monday through Sunday. The report auto-saves to the database every few seconds while you type, so you can close your browser, reopen it later, and pick up right where you left off.

Go to: My Dashboard → Start This Week's Report → or Employee Report Sheet from the top menu.

Page 1 — Info & Goals
Marking goals done — Each goal you pick shows an amber Mark done button. Tap it when you finish the goal and it turns green (✓ Done). If you submit with goals still unmarked, the form will ask you to confirm — unmarked goals are reported as not completed, which is the most common reason reports get sent back.
Week Of — Select the Monday of your work week. Hit This Week to auto-fill today's week.
Associate — Select your name from the dropdown. Your job title, store, and supervisor fill in automatically.
Weekly Goals — Pick up to 6 goals from the dropdowns. Check the checkbox next to a goal when you've completed it.
Glow & Grow — After completing your daily entries, return here to write a brief reflection. Use the prompt chips to get started quickly.
  • GLOW — What went well this week? A win, a proud moment, a customer interaction.
  • GROW — What could be improved? Where did you struggle?
Additional Notes — Anything else your manager should know.
Week Summary — Running totals update automatically as you enter your daily data.
Page 2 — Daily Log
Day Status Chips — Tap a chip (Day Off, Sick, Vacation, etc.) to mark a day. Days marked as exempt (set by your manager in Setup) don’t count toward your productivity: the day shows Exempt instead of a productivity figure, it’s left out of your daily average, and its hours are pulled out of Prod/Hour. Any sales you ring on an exempt day still count toward the store’s totals — they just aren’t held against your numbers.
Accomplished — A short description of what you did that day.
Hours — Enter hours and minutes worked.
Sales — Your total sales for the day in dollars.
Productivity — Calculated automatically from sales ÷ hours (worked days only).
Week Summary — The summary tiles show Avg Daily Prod, Total Hours, Prod/Hour, and Total Sales. If any day is exempt, two extra tiles appear — Exempt Hours and Productive Hours (Total − Exempt) — so you can see exactly which hours the Prod/Hour figure is based on.
Store (if you work at more than one) — If you’re assigned to multiple stores, each day has a Store for this day picker so the right store gets credit for that day’s sales and hours. It defaults to your primary store; change it on any day you worked elsewhere.
Saving & Submitting
Auto-save — The report saves to the database automatically as you work. The top bar shows “Saved to database” with a timestamp when it’s safe. If you ever see “browser backup only,” your work was kept on this device but didn’t reach the server — check your connection and use Save Now.
Save Now — Tap the 💾 Save Now button (bottom bar) any time to save immediately. You’ll get a clear confirmation that your work is saved, or a warning if something went wrong so you’re never guessing.
Draft found banner — If you return to the report and a saved draft exists, a banner appears at the top. Tap Restore to load it, or Discard to start fresh. The same banner also appears when you pick an earlier week in Week Of that already has a saved draft — so to get back to a previous week’s work, just select that week’s date and tap Restore. Opening a blank form never erases a saved draft: an empty report will not overwrite work you’ve already saved for that week.
Preview & Submit — When ready, tap the gold Preview & Submit button (bottom right). Review your report in the preview, then confirm to send it to your manager.
Reset — The red Reset button (bottom right) clears the entire form. You will be asked to confirm first.
If Your Manager Edits or Returns a Report
Edits by your manager — A manager may correct a submitted report (for example, fixing an hours entry after coaching). If they do, you’ll get an email, and your report list shows an “Edited by” note. Every version is kept, so the original is never lost.
Returned for correction — Your manager can send a report back to you to fix yourself. You’ll see a gold “Action needed” banner on your My History page with their note explaining what to change.
Edit & resubmit — Tap Edit & resubmit on that banner, make your changes in the editor, and resubmit. Your manager is notified automatically.
Your streak is safe — Editing or resubmitting never changes your original submission time. A report you turned in on time stays on time, even after a correction — so fixing something won’t hurt your on-time streak.
My Dashboard
Your personal dashboard shows this week’s status at a glance — whether you’ve started, saved a draft, submitted, or had your report reviewed — with a quick button to pick up where you left off. It also shows two streaks — your submission streak (weeks you turned a report in) and your on-time streak (weeks you submitted by the deadline) — plus your full report history, active login sessions, and account settings. You can change your password here at any time. When viewing any of your submitted reports, the 🖨 Print / Save PDF button gives you a clean copy to print or save as a PDF. If you see a session you don’t recognize, tap Revoke immediately and contact your manager.
